Absolute Home Improvements completed this soffit, fascia, and gutter installation on a residential home in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The focus of this project was to improve attic intake ventilation, protect the roofline, and install a cohesive, low-maintenance exterior system.
Our team installed aluminum soffit panels along the roof overhangs and added additional intake ventilation where required to support balanced attic airflow. Proper intake ventilation helps regulate attic temperatures, manage moisture, and reduce the risk of condensation and ice damming. To protect the roof edges and deliver a clean, finished appearance, custom-bent aluminum fascia was installed in Alside’s Tuscan Clay.
To complete the exterior upgrade, we installed seamless 5-inch aluminum gutters paired with 3-inch by 4-inch aluminum downspouts, also finished in Alside’s Tuscan Clay. The gutter system was custom-formed on site and installed with proper pitch to ensure efficient drainage and long-term performance. The project was completed efficiently with durable materials and a uniform, polished look.
