Entry Doors, Gutters, & Roof Replacement in New Berlin, WI

Project Details - Case Study #26107

Absolute Home Improvements, a highly-rated exterior contractor, recently wrapped up another successful project in New Berlin, WI. This project involved replacing the home’s siding, gutters, and entry doors. The team began by removing all existing layers of siding and installing a housewrap vapor barrier to create a solid foundation. They then added ¼” fanfold insulation to enhance the home’s exterior wall insulation value.

For the siding, the AHI team installed Mastic Quest double 4” clapboard .046 mil vinyl siding, which perfectly complemented the Scottish Thistle matching corner post. We also installed custom-wrapped aluminum window and door trim in a Cameo, as well as aluminum soffit panels and custom-bent aluminum fascia in a Cameo to complete the siding portion of the project.

To control water flow away from the home, we installed Cameo seamless aluminum 5” K-style gutters and 3” x 4” aluminum downspouts. The gutters were carefully placed to ensure optimal performance and protect the home’s foundation.

For the entry doors, the team installed a Mastercraft steel 6-panel garage service door as well as a Mastercraft steel 6-panel half-view door with a 9-grid light pattern. Both doors were finished in primed white, providing a clean and modern look. The team also installed two Larson aluminum split-view storm doors with roll-up screens in Almond and with Satin Nickel hardware to complete this project.

Overall, Absolute Home Improvements completed this project with precision and care, ensuring that the homeowners would be satisfied with the results for years to come.
