Absolute Home Improvements completed this small flat roof and gutter installation on a residential home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The project focused on correcting a low-slope roofing area and improving drainage to protect the structure from water intrusion and long-term damage.
Our team began by removing the existing flat roofing materials to properly inspect and prepare the roof surface. Once prepped, a new .60 mil EPDM rubber roofing system was installed. EPDM is an ideal solution for flat and low-slope roofs due to its durability, flexibility, and proven resistance to moisture, temperature changes, and UV exposure—making it well suited for Wisconsin’s climate.
To complete the project, new 5-inch seamless aluminum gutters and a 4-inch aluminum downspout were installed in white. The seamless gutter system was custom-formed on site to ensure efficient water flow and proper drainage away from the structure. The project was completed efficiently, delivering a reliable flat roof system and upgraded drainage for this Milwaukee home.
