Absolute Home Improvements recently completed a full roof and gutter replacement for a residential home in Oak Creek. The project began with a complete tear-off of the existing asphalt shingles, which were safely removed and responsibly recycled. This process allowed our crew to properly prepare the roof surface and ensure a solid foundation for the new roofing system.
Once the roof was prepped, we installed Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles in the color Sand Dune. These shingles are well known for their durability, weather resistance, and dimensional appearance, making them an excellent choice for Wisconsin homes. To improve overall roof performance, we upgraded the attic ventilation by installing an Owens Corning VentSure ridge vent system. To complete the project, we installed seamless 5” aluminum K-style gutters paired with 3” x 4” aluminum downspouts in Royal Brown. The new gutter system was designed to efficiently direct water away from the home’s foundation while adding a clean, finished look that complements the exterior.
