The team at AHI has successfully completed yet another roof and gutter replacement project. This specific project involved a complete removal of the existing asphalt shingles, which were then safely and responsibly recycled. In their place, we installed high-quality Owen Corning Durations shingles in a beautiful Sand Dune color. Not only do these shingles provide excellent durability and weather resistance, but they also add a gorgeous look to the home.
To further improve the roofing system’s performance, we upgraded the ventilation to the Owens Corning VentSure ridge vent system. This system allows for optimal airflow, helping to reduce moisture buildup and heat accumulation in the attic space, which can lead to issues like mold growth and energy inefficiency.
Lastly, we installed a seamless aluminum 5″ K-styled gutter and 3″ x 4″ aluminum downspouts in Royal Brown to ensure proper drainage of rainwater away from the home’s foundation. This gutter system is not only highly effective but also adds to the home’s aesthetic appeal.
