Owens Corning Duration Designer asphalt shingles were then installed in Sedona Canyon, delivering enhanced durability, strong wind resistance, and a distinctive dimensional appearance. To support proper attic airflow and help regulate moisture and temperature, the roof ventilation system was upgraded to the Owens Corning VentSure ridge vent system, which contributes to the long-term performance of the roof.
To complete the exterior upgrades, a new gutter system was installed using .032 mil 5-inch aluminum seamless gutters paired with 3-inch by 4-inch aluminum downspouts in white. The seamless gutter system was custom-formed on site and installed with proper pitch to efficiently manage rainwater and snowmelt.
