Our team began by removing the existing siding and installing 3/8-inch fanfold insulation to create a smoother surface and add an extra layer of thermal performance. All windows, doors, soffit, and fascia were then wrapped with white aluminum trim to protect exposed wood and deliver a clean, finished look. For the siding installation, Alside Charter Oak .046 mil premium double 4.5-inch clapboard vinyl siding was installed in Platinum Grey, offering enhanced durability, rigidity, and classic curb appeal.
To complete the exterior upgrade, a new gutter system was installed using 5-inch seamless aluminum gutters paired with 3-inch by 4-inch aluminum downspouts in white. The seamless design helps reduce leak points and efficiently manages rainwater and snowmelt. The project was completed efficiently with attention to detail and results built to perform in Wisconsin’s climate.
