Absolute Home Improvements completed this roof and gutter replacement project on a residential property in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The scope of work included structural repairs, roofing replacement, fascia upgrades, and a new gutter system to restore performance and protect the home from future water damage.
The project began with reframing a damaged section of the garage roof to correct structural issues and create a solid foundation for the new roofing system. All existing fascia boards were also removed and replaced to ensure proper support for the roof edge and gutter system. Once structural repairs were completed, our team removed two layers of existing asphalt shingles and installed Owens Corning Duration 30-Year shingles in the color Brownwood, providing long-lasting protection and a dimensional finish.
To complete the exterior upgrade, new 5-inch aluminum gutters and 4-inch aluminum downspouts were installed in Norandex Royal Brown. This gutter system was properly sized to manage roof runoff efficiently and direct water safely away from the structure. The project was completed efficiently, delivering a durable, well-finished roofing and drainage system for this Milwaukee home.
