The project involved a complete roof replacement, starting with the removal of the existing layers of shingles. We made sure to take all necessary precautions to protect the property from any damage during the process.
To ensure the longevity and durability of the new roof, we installed Owens Corning Duration shingles in Driftwood. These shingles are known for their excellent quality and resistance to harsh weather conditions. We also upgraded the roof ventilation system, replacing the standard box vents with the Owens Corning VentSure ridge vent system. This new system helps to improve the overall airflow in the attic, reducing moisture buildup and potential damage to the roof.
