Absolute Home Improvements recently completed a full roof, gutter, and skylight replacement project for a residential home in Franklin. The project began with a complete tear-off of all existing roofing layers to allow for proper preparation and long-term performance of the new roofing system. After removal, we installed Owens Corning Duration Designer shingles in Black Sable, providing a durable, weather-resistant roof with a clean, modern appearance.
As part of the roof upgrade, we improved attic airflow by installing a ridge vent ventilation system. To complete the exterior upgrade, we installed 5” K-style seamless aluminum gutters paired with 3” x 4” aluminum downspouts in Desert Sand. The new gutter system was designed to efficiently direct water away from the roof and foundation, helping protect the home from water-related damage. The project was completed efficiently, delivering improved protection, functionality, and curb appeal.
