Our team began by removing the existing layers of asphalt shingles and installing Owens Corning Duration asphalt shingles in the color Estate Grey. This roofing system was selected for its durability, wind resistance, and clean architectural appearance. To further enhance roof performance, the attic ventilation system was upgraded with the installation of Owens Corning SureVent ridge vent, helping regulate attic temperatures and reduce moisture buildup.
In addition to the pitched roof areas, three flat roof sections were upgraded with .60 mil EPDM rubber roofing. EPDM is an ideal solution for low-slope applications, providing excellent waterproofing, flexibility, and resistance to temperature fluctuations. To complete the project, we installed 5-inch seamless aluminum gutters and 4-inch aluminum downspouts in white, ensuring efficient water management and protection for the home’s foundation. The project was completed efficiently with a clean, finished result.
