Absolute Home Improvements completed this roofing and gutter upgrade on a single-family home in Hubertus, Wisconsin. The project began with the removal of two layers of existing asphalt shingles, allowing our crew to properly prepare the roof surface and address any underlying issues before installing new materials.
After tear-off, Owens Corning Duration 30-Year asphalt shingles were installed in the color Aged Copper. These shingles were selected for their durability, dimensional appearance, and proven performance in Wisconsin’s changing weather conditions. Existing roof vents were patched as part of the upgrade, and Owens Corning SureVent ridge vent was installed to improve attic ventilation and support long-term roof performance. A new chimney flashing was also installed in Royal Brown to provide proper waterproofing and a clean, finished look.
To complete the project, new 5-inch seamless aluminum gutters and 4-inch aluminum downspouts were installed in Royal Brown. The gutter system was finished with Gutter RX gutter guards in Bronze to help reduce debris buildup and minimize maintenance.
