The purpose of this project was to upgrade the roofing system, improve attic ventilation, and install a properly sized gutter system for reliable water management.
Our team began by removing the existing roofing materials to properly prepare the roof surface. A new Owens Corning Duration asphalt shingle roof was installed in the color Black Sable, providing strong wind resistance, long-term durability, and a clean architectural appearance. To enhance the performance of the new roof, the attic ventilation system was upgraded with the installation of Owens Corning SureVent ridge vent, helping regulate attic temperatures and reduce moisture buildup throughout the year.
To complete the project, we installed 5-inch seamless aluminum gutters and 4-inch aluminum downspouts in Sage. The seamless gutter system was custom-formed on site to minimize joints and ensure efficient drainage, protecting the home’s fascia, siding, and foundation. The project was completed efficiently with a clean, cohesive finished result.
