The project began with the removal of three layers of existing asphalt shingles along with one layer of cedar shake roofing. Removing all layers allowed our crew to properly prepare the roof surface and ensure a solid base for the new roofing materials.
After tear-off, Owens Corning Duration 30-Year asphalt shingles were installed in the color Amber. This shingle was selected for its durability, dimensional appearance, and ability to perform well in Wisconsin’s changing weather conditions. To complete the exterior upgrades, new aluminum fascia was installed in the color Royal Brown to protect the roof edge and provide a clean, finished look.
The project also included the installation of a new section of white aluminum gutter to improve water drainage and help protect the structure from moisture-related damage. All work was completed efficiently, delivering reliable protection and a refreshed appearance for this South Milwaukee garage.
