Owens Corning Oakridge asphalt shingles were then installed in the color Onyx Black, providing durable protection and a clean, updated appearance. The roofing system was completed with a new black chimney flashing and an upgrade to Owens Corning SureVent ridge vent to improve attic ventilation and long-term roof performance.
For the exterior walls, Mastic Quest Double 4-inch vinyl siding was installed in white, along with Mastic aluminum soffit and fascia to protect the roofline and reduce maintenance. The gutter system was upgraded with new 5-inch seamless aluminum gutters and 4-inch aluminum downspouts, all in white, to improve drainage and protect the foundation.
Additional upgrades included the installation of two new entry doors—a Mastercraft steel six-panel door and a Mastercraft steel half-view door—along with two Larson half-view storm doors. The project was completed with the installation of 17 Alside Mezzo vinyl windows featuring a ClimaTech glass package, with all exterior trim capped in white Mastic aluminum.
