Roof in Bulter, WI

Completed Project # 1916

Project Overview – Butler, WI

Absolute Home Improvements completed this roofing project on a single-family home in Butler, Wisconsin. The project began with a complete two-layer asphalt shingle tear-off, allowing our crew to properly inspect the roof deck and prepare the surface for new materials. Removing all existing layers ensured a solid foundation and reliable long-term performance for the new roofing system.

Following tear-off, we installed Owens Corning Duration 30-Year asphalt shingles in the color Desert Tan. This shingle was selected for its durability, dimensional appearance, and ability to perform well in Wisconsin’s changing weather conditions. To improve attic ventilation and support overall roof performance, GAF-ELK Snow & Country Ridge Vent was installed along the roof peak to help regulate heat and moisture throughout the year.

The project also included the installation of a tuck point chimney flashing. Proper chimney flashing is critical for preventing water intrusion, and the tuck point method provides a clean, secure seal where the roof meets the masonry. The work was completed efficiently by our experienced team, delivering dependable protection and a finished exterior for this Butler home.
