Absolute Home Improvements completed this roofing and exterior upgrade project on a single-family home in Waterford, Wisconsin. The project began with a complete two-layer asphalt shingle tear-off, allowing our crew to properly prepare the roof surface and ensure a solid foundation for new materials.
Following tear-off, we installed Owens Corning Duration 30-Year asphalt shingles in the color Quarry Gray. These shingles were selected for their durability, dimensional appearance, and ability to perform well in Wisconsin’s changing weather conditions. To support proper attic ventilation and long-term roof performance, Owens Corning VentSure ridge vent was installed along the roof peak to help regulate heat and moisture throughout the year.
Additional work was completed at the rear of the home, where existing siding was removed to allow for the installation of .60 mil black rubber roofing. This rubber roofing provides reliable waterproof protection in low-slope areas where traditional shingles are not suitable. New aluminum siding was then installed on the back of the home to create a clean, finished appearance. The project also included the installation of 5K seamless aluminum gutters with 4-inch downspouts and heavy-duty gutter hangers. All work was completed efficiently, delivering improved protection and exterior performance for this Waterford home.
