Absolute Home Improvements recently completed this roof replacement and gutter installation project on a residential home in Saint Francis, Wisconsin. The project was designed to improve the home’s weather protection, drainage performance, and overall exterior durability.
Our team began by removing all existing layers of roofing to create a clean, properly prepared surface. Once the roof deck was exposed and inspected, Owens Corning Duration asphalt shingles were installed in Brownwood. Along with the roof replacement, the existing gutter system was fully removed and replaced. We installed a new seamless gutter system made from .032 mil aluminum, providing added strength and reduced risk of leaks.
