Our team of expert contractors recently completed yet another successful roofing and gutter replacement project in South Milwaukee. We started by removing all the existing layers of roofing and thoroughly inspected the roof decking. Next, we installed ice & water shield along with synthetic felt for added protection. To ensure maximum durability, we used Owens Corning Duration shingles in Quarry Grey for the roof installation.
During the installation process, we replaced all pipe flashings and installed a new chimney flashing in black. We also upgraded the roof ventilation system with the Owens Corning VentSure system. As a final touch, we installed ACM seamless 5” K-Style aluminum gutter and 3” x 4” downspouts painted with Sherwin-Williams lifetime warranty paint finish in white.
