The AHI team recently completed a project that involved several important tasks, including roof replacement, gutter replacement, chimney removal, and chimney rebuild. To begin with, we removed all the existing layers of shingles from the roof, and then carefully inspected the roof decking for any damage.
We repaired any damaged areas to ensure that the new shingles would be installed onto a sturdy and secure surface.
Next, we installed Owens Corning Duration shingles in the color Estate Grey, which not only provide a stylish and modern look, but are also highly durable and long-lasting.
For the gutter system, we installed seamless 5” aluminum gutters and 3” x 4” aluminum downspouts in the color white, which provide a clean and attractive finish to the exterior of the building.
Finally, we completed the project by removing an unused chimney and rebuilding another from the roof lineup. This involved a careful and precise process to ensure that the chimney was rebuilt to the correct specifications and met all necessary safety standards.
Overall, the project was completed to a high standard, and our team worked diligently to ensure that all aspects of the work were completed to the satisfaction of our client.
