Our team began by tearing off all existing layers of roofing to ensure a clean, proper installation. Owens Corning Duration asphalt shingles were installed in Desert Tan, providing strong wind resistance, reliable performance, and a timeless architectural appearance. To improve attic airflow and help regulate temperature and moisture, the roof ventilation system was upgraded to the Owens Corning VentSure ridge vent system, supporting the longevity of the new roofing system.
To complete the project, a new gutter system was installed using 5-inch aluminum seamless gutters paired with 3-inch by 4-inch aluminum downspouts finished in Almond. Gutter RX gutter guards were added to help prevent debris buildup and reduce the need for routine gutter cleaning.
