The gutter system was replaced with seamless 5-inch aluminum gutters paired with 3-inch by 4-inch aluminum downspouts in white. This upgraded drainage system was custom-formed and installed to efficiently manage rainwater and snowmelt. To complete the project, one unused chimney was removed down to the roofline and properly patched, while a second chimney was rebuilt from the roof line up, restoring structural integrity and proper flashing at the roof penetration.
