The project began with a complete two-layer asphalt shingle tear-off, along with full removal of the existing gutter system. Following tear-off, we installed GAF-ELK 30-Year High Definition Asphalt Shingles in the color Hickory. This shingle was selected for its durability, dimensional appearance, and proven performance in Wisconsin’s changing weather conditions. To support proper airflow and long-term roof health, GAF-ELK Snow & Country Ridge Vent was installed along the roof peak to help regulate attic heat and moisture throughout the year.
The project also included the installation of 5K seamless aluminum gutters with 4-inch downspouts and heavy-duty hidden gutter hangers. The seamless gutter system was custom-formed on site to provide reliable drainage and a clean, finished appearance.
