Absolute Home Improvements completed this full exterior renovation project on a single-family home in Thiensville, Wisconsin, which included roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, and window upgrades. The project began with the removal of two existing layers of asphalt shingles, allowing our crew to properly prepare the roof surface for new materials and long-term performance.
After tear-off, Owens Corning Duration 30-Year asphalt shingles were installed in the color Onyx Black. This shingle was selected for its durability, dimensional appearance, and ability to perform reliably in Wisconsin’s seasonal weather conditions. For the siding portion of the project, the existing steel siding was removed and Tyvek housewrap was installed to improve moisture protection. The home was then finished with Royal CraneBoard insulated vinyl siding in the color Clay, providing added insulation value and a clean, low-maintenance exterior.
Additional exterior upgrades included the installation of Quality Edge aluminum trim in white for the soffit and fascia. New Alside Mezzo windows were installed and wrapped with white aluminum trim coil to complete the exterior and improve energy efficiency. The project was completed efficiently, resulting in a cohesive exterior upgrade with improved performance and curb appeal.
