The exterior was finished with Mastic Quest Double 4-inch vinyl siding in the color Pebble Clay. This siding was selected for its durability, low-maintenance performance, and ability to withstand Wisconsin’s seasonal weather conditions while providing a consistent, professional look for a multi-family structure. To protect the roofline and exterior edges, Mastic aluminum soffit and fascia panels were installed in Terra Bronze, adding contrast and long-lasting protection against moisture and deterioration.
The project was completed with the installation of seamless 5-inch aluminum gutters and 4-inch aluminum downspouts, also in Terra Bronze.
