Absolute Home Improvements completed this full exterior renovation on a single-family home in Waukesha, Wisconsin, which included siding, gutters, doors, soffit, and fascia upgrades. The project began with the removal of the existing aluminum siding to allow for proper preparation of the exterior walls before installing new, high-performance materials.
After tear-off, the home was finished with Alside Prodigy insulated vinyl siding in the color Midnight Blue. This insulated siding was selected to improve energy efficiency, increase exterior durability, and give the home a bold, modern appearance. To complement the siding, Quality Edge aluminum trim in Desert Tan was installed on the corner posts, window trim, door trim, garage door trim, front porch posts, soffit, and fascia, creating a cohesive and low-maintenance exterior finish.
The project also included the installation of 5-inch seamless aluminum gutters, completed with Gutter RX aluminum gutter guards to help prevent debris buildup and reduce ongoing maintenance. Additional upgrades included the installation of a new Ply Gem patio door at the rear of the home and a fire-rated garage service door. All work was completed efficiently, resulting in a durable, visually striking exterior upgrade for this Waukesha home.
