Our team installed Quality Edge aluminum trim for the fascia, providing long-lasting protection against moisture and weather exposure while reducing future maintenance needs. To improve drainage and help direct water away from the home, new 5-inch seamless aluminum gutters were installed in black. These larger-capacity gutters were custom-formed on site to ensure proper pitch, smooth water flow, and a precise fit along the roofline.
The project also included the installation of Exterior Portfolio hidden vent vinyl soffit in white. This vented soffit system improves airflow into the attic space while maintaining a clean, uniform appearance.
