Absolute Home Improvements recently completed a window and siding replacement project for a residential home in Franklin. This project focused on improving energy efficiency, weather protection, and the overall appearance of the home.
For the window portion of the project, we installed two double double-hung Alside Mezzo vinyl replacement windows with white frames. These windows were equipped with the ClimaTech glass package, featuring double-pane double-strength glass, a low-e3 coating, and argon gas fill to enhance insulation and reduce energy loss. The windows also included enhanced cavity foam-filled frames to further improve thermal performance. Inside the home, we finished the windows with primed white pine ranch casing for a clean, refined interior look. On the exterior, each window was wrapped with custom-bent white aluminum trim to ensure long-term durability and a low-maintenance finish.
For the siding replacement, our team removed all existing siding materials and installed Tyvek housewrap, taping all seams to create a continuous weather-tight barrier. We then installed Mastic Quest .046 premium vinyl siding in English Wedgewood, along with matching corner posts to create a cohesive and updated exterior appearance. The project was completed efficiently, delivering improved comfort, protection, and curb appeal.
