Siding and Window Trim Installation in Genesee Depot, WI

Completed Project # 3605

Project Overview – Genesee Depot, WI

Absolute Home Improvements completed this siding and window trim upgrade on a multi-unit apartment building in Genesee Depot, Wisconsin. The project focused on modernizing the exterior, improving energy efficiency, and delivering a clean, long-lasting finish suitable for a rental property. The building’s existing board and batten siding was fully removed after showing signs of age and wear, allowing our crew to properly prepare the exterior surfaces.

Once the old siding was removed, 1/4-inch fanfold insulation was installed to improve thermal performance and create a smooth, consistent base for the new siding system. The building was then finished with Alside vinyl board and batten siding in the color Vintage Wicker. This siding was selected for its durability, low-maintenance qualities, and classic appearance that enhances the overall look of multi-unit properties.

To complete the exterior upgrade, all windows were wrapped with Alside aluminum trim in white. This provided crisp lines, improved weather resistance, and a uniform appearance across the building. The project was completed efficiently by our experienced team, resulting in a refreshed exterior with improved efficiency and long-term performance.
