Absolute Home Improvements completed this front porch soffit, fascia, and gutter upgrade on a residential home in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The goal of this project was to restore the porch overhang with durable, low-maintenance materials while improving water management and overall curb appeal.
Our team installed new aluminum soffit and fascia to protect the porch structure from moisture, rot, and weather-related wear. The exposed porch beams were wrapped with Mastic aluminum trim coil in white, creating a clean, finished appearance while eliminating the need for future painting or maintenance. Aluminum trim was chosen for its longevity and ability to withstand Wisconsin’s seasonal conditions.
To complete the upgrade, a new drainage system was installed, including 5-inch aluminum gutters and 4-inch aluminum downspouts, all finished in white to match the trim. This gutter system helps efficiently direct water away from the porch and foundation, reducing the risk of moisture-related damage. The project was completed efficiently, resulting in a refreshed, protected porch overhang with improved durability and visual appeal.
