Project Overview – Greendale, WI
Absolute Home Improvements completed this exterior trim and gutter upgrade on a residential home in Greendale, Wisconsin. The scope of work focused on improving water management, ventilation, and exterior durability while delivering a clean, cohesive finish.
For the gutter system, our team installed seamless 5-inch aluminum gutters paired with 3-inch by 4-inch aluminum downspouts, all finished in clay. This properly sized system was custom-formed on site to minimize joints and efficiently manage roof runoff during heavy rain and snowmelt. The color selection complements the home’s exterior and ties in with the surrounding trim.
To address ventilation and long-term protection at the roofline, aluminum soffit panels were installed in clay, with vented soffit panels added where required to support proper attic airflow. Custom-bent aluminum fascia trim, also finished in clay, was installed to protect the roof edges and create a low-maintenance, finished look. The project was completed by wrapping the garage door with custom-bent aluminum trim in clay, providing a uniform appearance and added protection from the elements.
